I started bookkeeping in 2009 as I took over the role of treasurer of a non-profit at that time. My husband and I opened several businesses over the years, and I trained and learned to provide my family with the quality bookkeeping services needed, without having to pay an “expert” who charges for their title, but has the intern do the work 😉

Simplified Bookkeeping Services
Send us your QuickBooks file, or mail us your bills, invoices, and deposit slips—we’ll handle the rest. Our services include payroll processing, accurate entry of transactions, account reconciliation, and preparing your bills for payment. After processing, we’ll return a clean and up-to-date QuickBooks file. We also maintain detailed records for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash accounts.
Additionally, we offer daily or weekly reports on key areas of your business management, tailored to your needs.
Got a Messy Bookkeeping Situation?
No worries! We specialize in untangling messy books. We’ll help you get organized, and if needed, we can set up a system to ensure your records stay up to date. Should you prefer us to maintain them for you, we’re happy to handle that too.
Bookkeeping Packages & Pricing
Our Base Service includes applying customer payments, importing transactions through bank feeds, and providing monthly reports with account reconciliation—all for a flat monthly rate. You manage the bill payments and invoices each month.

Payroll
Includes processing payroll, direct deposits, filing forms, handling liability payments, and software integration for up to 5 employees. Each additional employee is just $10 per month.

We’ll schedule payments, post all payables, and integrate them into our software (up to 100 transactions per month).
Accounts Receivable Management
We handle customer invoicing, posting payments, and collections maintenance (up to 100 transactions per month).Pricing
